About the Role
Flexible People Ltd is seeking experienced Class 2 Drivers for a well-known company based in Swanley. Your role will be to efficiently deliver wholesale cleaning products to commercial businesses. Please note that with this role, you may be required to work in vehicles of different sizes from 3.5t, 7.5t and Class 2 vehicles but the pay rate will remain the same.
Job Overview:
As a HGV Driver, you will:
- Report to the depot each morning, where your vehicle will be preloaded with various products.
- Complete 20+ multi-drop deliveries per shift, ensuring accuracy at each stop.
- Occasionally have to complete pallet deliveries and operate a tail lift (experience preferred but not essential).
- Perform heavy lifting and handballing, requiring good physical fitness.
- Provide excellent customer service, as you will be representing the company.
- Please note, some of these deliveries may be in Large cities like London and other busy towns.
Additional Information:
- Full-time availability is required.
- Please note, you may sometimes be required to drive a 7.5t, and a 3.5t van (you will be paid as class 2 but expected to drive smaller vehicles.
- You must own black or navy smart work trousers, a t-shirt, a high-vis vest, and safety boots.
- Pre-employment electronic paperwork must be completed before starting.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be over 21 years old
- Hold a valid CPC and Tacho card
- Have at least one year of recent experience, driving a Class 2 vehicle
- Have no more than 6 penalty points (No DD, DR, or NI convictions)
- Be fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Be physically fit, as the role involves manual handling
